Since there were so many pages and a multi-level page hierarchy, accessing and finding content was difficult, which was problematic for the visitors.
The content area was significantly reduced, but the left-side menu and right sidebars greatly increased the number of navigational links. This limits the space available for effectively displaying content. It also did not offer a clear path to locate content in a jiffy.
